after much cutting , bending a drilling the floor runners sit in the right place

gl movin on

the gl starts to move

got these last week in the post, flash gordon ?
for the sx project me thinks, powder coat satin black

a couple of options on the wide mount

the gl returns from the paint shop

the sx, is back , a little more work on the rear panel is needed, she has had a hard life.
hangers and pegs up next then a dry build. all now powder coated in satin black

almost, a bit more of a shave and we will have clearance for the carb box

the spanish wide frame is apart, it wasn't easy. first we dry build the px motor in, then
we deal with rust and then the good stuff - cream , red oxide and satin black .
maybe just maybe a disc brake ;] ......

new light, new seat and more texture me thinks....

moses forks arrive back , 25mm shorter

the sx arrives back, all blasted
struts straightened, most of the welding done, but a little more before we prime

 few days in paris, david asks if we can do a little something to his little french vespa.
a bit of paint , some sanding and some varnish we are nearly there. i think it still needs
a little more texture, maybe some time out side to build some rust ;]
and last but not least graphics, big numbers me thinks

the bracket arrives, wide mount px motor conversion , i will pick this up tomorrow in paris from my good friend david , davids corner vespa , lambretta workshop, very near gare du nord . plus33647701161 .
